About the role#
As an Electrical Engineering Intern, you will learn to design and develop systems for the integration of electrical and electronic equipment on military and commercial aircraft and ground stations. You will work on a variety of tasks across multiple aircraft platforms.
What you'll do#
- Create system wiring diagrams, circuit breaker panels, and control panels using CAD tools.
- Research and prepare engineering drawings.
- Coordinate design activities with Systems Engineering, Manufacturing, and Production to ensure requirements are met.
- Develop Avionics Systems, RF, LAN, Data Processing, and Power Distribution Systems.
- Support the testing and integration of systems on aircraft.
What you'll need#
- You must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical degree at an accredited university.
Location & details#
- Location: Palm Bay, Florida.
- This is an on-site, paid, full-time internship.
- The schedule follows a 9/80 format, where you work 80 hours over 9 days and have every other Friday off.
