About the role#
As an Electrical Engineer Co-Op, you will support electrical engineering projects across manufacturing sites. You will work with the site engineering team to deliver power distribution, instrumentation, and process-control solutions. This role provides hands-on experience through the full project lifecycle, including front-end design, construction, and commissioning.
What you'll do#
- Prepare electrical specifications and summaries for front-end design packages.
- Develop project drawings, including schematics and installation details, with the electrical designer.
- Review vendor drawings to ensure they meet project requirements.
- Contribute to electrical instrumentation development and cost estimates for new projects.
- Assist with the selection of electrical components and device specifications.
- Coordinate construction activities with contractors and site teams.
- Support project checkout and startup activities at manufacturing sites.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum Sophomore standing at the time of the Co-Op.
- Ability to commit to a 6-month full-time Co-Op during either the Winter or Fall of 2027.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- This position is located on-site in Chesterfield, Missouri.
- This is a paid, full-time Co-Op position.
