About the role#
As a Finance Shared Services Intern, you will join the Global Business Services team. This role supports the Accounts Payable department by handling time-sensitive tasks and contributing to process efficiency. You will work remotely to assist with operational objectives and help your manager with strategic deliverables.
What you'll do#
- Process invoices and manage exception handling.
- Research and resolve various accounts payable issues.
- Perform reconciliations and reviews.
- Lead or support procure to pay projects.
- Collaborate with other functional groups.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Communicate with internal and external contacts to explain operational procedures.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret financial data.
- Experience with large ERP systems like SAP is preferred.
- Ability to meet deadlines and solve problems by gathering and analyzing information.

- The role is fully remote.
- This is a full-time, paid internship with a rolling term.
