About the role#
As a Finance Shared Services Intern, you will join the Global Business Services team. You will support operational objectives within the Accounts Payable department. This role focuses on invoice processing, resolving payment issues, and assisting with strategic deliverables. You will also help improve process efficiency and communicate operational procedures to various internal and external contacts.
What you'll do#
- Process invoices and handle exceptions.
- Research and resolve accounts payable invoice issues.
- Lead or support procure to pay projects.
- Perform reconciliations and reviews.
- Work with other functional groups.
- Support e3 process improvement initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program for Finance or Business.
- Ability to meet deadlines and targets consistently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and advanced Excel.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with large ERP systems like SAP is preferred.
- A self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
