About the role#
This Finance Shared Services Intern role sits within the Global Business Services team at L3Harris Technologies. You will support operational objectives in the Accounts Payable department. This position involves time-sensitive tasks, customer support, and project work to improve process efficiency. You will communicate with various internal and external groups to explain operational procedures.
What you'll do#
- Process invoices and handle exceptions.
- Research and resolve accounts payable invoice issues.
- Support or lead procure-to-pay projects.
- Perform reconciliations and financial reviews.
- Support e3 process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with other functional groups as needed.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics, or you are currently pursuing one.
- If you have already graduated, your degree must have been completed within the last 12 months.
- Advanced skills in Excel.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and Outlook.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work with limited supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with large ERP systems like SAP is preferred.
