About the role#
We are looking for a summer intern to support contract management for Government, Commercial, and International programs. You will work on-site in Waco, Texas, helping our teams manage proposals, funding, and performance tracking.
What you'll do#
- Assist with proposal development, contract administration, and general business processes.
- Enter contract funding into PeopleSoft and track program performance metrics.
- Provide support to internal program teams to help resolve contract issues.
- Analyze business and contractual risks and suggest mitigation tactics.
- Prepare, review, negotiate, and execute contracts including prices and terms.
- Identify subcontract flow-down clauses and conduct risk assessments.
- Ensure all work follows government regulations and company policies.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Location & details#
- Location: Waco, Texas.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Schedule: This is a full-time, on-site position. The team follows a 9/80 schedule, where you work 80 hours over 9 days and have every other Friday off.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
