About the role#
This internship provides support for complex, multi-year Government, Commercial, and International programs. You will work on contract administration, proposal processes, and performance metric tracking. The role requires ensuring compliance with government regulations, corporate policies, and customer requirements.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the proposal and administration process for contract management.
- Process contract funding into PeopleSoft and maintain program metrics.
- Provide support to internal program teams to help solve complex problems.
- Analyze and assess business and contractual risks while suggesting mitigation tactics.
- Prepare, review, negotiate, and execute contracts including prices and special provisions.
- Identify subcontract flow-down requirements.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program.
- Preferred majors include Finance, Management, Business, Economics, or Supply Chain Management.
Location & details#
- Location: Rockwall, Texas.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: 9/80 schedule, which includes working 80 hours over 9 days with every other Friday off.
- Status: Paid, full-time internship.
