About the role#
The L'Oréal USA Summer Internship is a paid, 11-week program designed to integrate you into a brand marketing team. You will work on real business challenges for one of our 40+ brands. You will be paired with a mentor and a buddy to guide your experience. This role offers exposure to digital strategy, e-commerce, and brand management.
What you'll do#
- Own day-to-day digital or e-commerce tasks, including campaign execution and consumer insights.
- Lead an individual strategic project from initial insight to final recommendation.
- Present your findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Collaborate across departments such as Digital, Supply Chain, Finance, R&I, and Sales.
- Support brand managers with digital campaign performance and market analysis.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a 4-year college or university with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and July 2028.
- A minimum 3.5 GPA.
- Ability to start full-time employment in September 2028 upon graduation.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis. We do not offer immigration support or sponsorship for this position.
- Majors in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, Communications, or Media Studies.
