No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.Minimum 3.5 GPAWilling to relocate to any USA-based office that has a summer internship opportunity, including: Northern New Jersey New York City.What You’ll Do:Own an individual project with strategic business impact that you present to senior leadersAnalyze data, identify root causes, and recommend solutions for HR related business issuesExperience hands-on HR generalist responsibilities, working with multiple HRIS and reporting systemsFollow up and solicit feedback from employees on a regular basis with a “customer service” orientation and ability to escalate issues when appropriateEngage our teams in sharing best HR practicesNetwork and learn about multiple functions (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, R&I and Sales)Participate in formal and informal training opportunities Throughout the summer, you will have the opportunity to be part of the team in one of the following areas: HR Business PartnerTalentEarly Careers/Employer BrandingPeople ExperiencePeople Development and LearningHR ExcellenceTotal RewardsThe Program:This is a paid internship opportunity.
