About the role#
KPMG Canada is seeking undergraduate students in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration for a Winter 2027 Co-op/Intern position in our St. John's Audit practice. This role is designed for students pursuing their CPA designation who want to gain professional experience within a collaborative audit and assurance team.
What you'll do#
- Work directly with leading companies across various industries including public, private, and not-for-profit sectors.
- Understand and apply financial reporting standards and regulations.
- Engage in client projects to gain authentic professional experience.
- Participate in KPMG’s CPA Training Program to support your professional designation goals.
- Broaden your skill set through firm-wide learning and development opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an undergraduate program in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Strong academic record.
- Commitment to achieving your Canadian CPA designation, including working toward required pre-requisite courses.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships and work effectively within a team.
- Drive for quality and a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Innovative thinking and a curiosity for emerging practices and technologies.
