About the role#
KPMG Canada is seeking undergraduate or postgraduate students for a Summer 2027 internship within our Deal Advisory - Infrastructure, Capital Projects, & Sustainability practice. You will work with a team of professionals to provide advisory services to public and private sector clients, including government agencies, investors, and corporations. This role is based in our Toronto office and requires on-site attendance.
What you'll do#
- Support the delivery of high-quality services to clients across various sectors.
- Work collaboratively on client projects within diverse teams.
- Engage in sustainability strategy, reporting, and climate risk assessments.
- Assist with decarbonization planning and low-carbon energy development.
- Contribute to ESG due diligence and value creation processes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or postgraduate program, with a major in sustainability, business, engineering, environmental or climate science, public policy, or a related field.
- Ability to combine quantitative and qualitative analysis to solve business problems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A demonstrated record of leadership in academic, extracurricular, or community activities.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
