About the role#
The Forensic Disputes & Investigations practice in Toronto is seeking undergraduate students for Summer or Fall 2027. This role involves helping clients manage risks related to fraud, misconduct, and regulatory non-compliance. You will work on a team that uncovers facts and creates clarity in complex business and financial disputes.
What you'll do#
- Support clients investigating allegations of fraud and misconduct.
- Quantify financial losses in commercial disputes.
- Assist in providing expert witness services.
- Help recover damages for clients.
- Create clarity and uncover facts in situations where organizations disagree.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a university student with an interest in or working towards a CPA designation.
- An analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- The ability to apply professional skepticism and critically evaluate information.
- In-depth knowledge of the MS Office suite.
- Previous experience in an accounting-related role is considered an asset.
