About the role#
Our Kingston office is seeking undergraduate students to join our Canadian Enterprise Tax team for a Winter 2027 co-op term. You will work with private companies and enterprises as they navigate complex tax environments, growth, and business transactions. This role offers exposure to a variety of industries while you develop technical tax expertise and client advisory skills.
What you'll do#
- Work directly with business owners, executives, and finance teams.
- Deliver practical tax advice to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
- Help clients identify opportunities and manage risk regarding tax obligations.
- Develop solutions tailored to specific business objectives.
- Engage in client projects to build your professional experience.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program for business, commerce, accounting, or finance.
- Actively pursuing a Canadian CPA designation and working to obtain all required pre-requisite courses.
- A strong academic record.
- Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and work effectively within a team.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve personal and professional success.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.
