About the role#
This 16-week internship program places you within the Internal Audit division in Mississauga. You will gain experience by working with core business units or global functions to assess governance, risk management, and internal controls. The program begins in May with a 3-day training session. Throughout the summer, you will work alongside Senior and Junior Mentors, attend speaker events, and network with other interns and professionals. The internship concludes with a final presentation of your work and findings to the Senior Internal Audit Management team.

- Provide independent assessments of the company governance and risk management environment.
- Deliver timely assurance to core businesses and global functions.
- Perform real-world tasks that add value to your assigned team.
- Participate in networking events and professional development sessions.
- Present your accomplishments and lessons learned to senior leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor degree program with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- A minimum GPA of 3.3 is preferred.
- Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, think quickly, and pay close attention to detail.
- A motivated, hardworking, and intellectually curious mindset.
- Cooperation skills to help achieve group and client objectives.
- Finance education or prior experience is considered a plus.
