About the role#
KPMG Canada is seeking interns for the Management Consulting team in Ottawa for the Winter 2027 term. This is a full-time, 4-month paid internship. You will work within either the People & Change or Technology Strategy & Transformation service lines to assist clients with major organizational and digital initiatives. The role is on-site.
What you'll do#
- Align people, culture, and ways of working with client ambitions.
- Design agile organizations and lead change projects.
- Develop training and development paths for talent.
- Advise clients on how new technology impacts their business.
- Create and execute implementation plans that drive business value.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a university degree program, specifically in Computer Science, Business Administration, Mathematics, Psychology, or Political Science.
- Current standing in your third year of study or entering your final year after the internship.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong sense of personal accountability.

- Location: Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January to April).
- Compensation: $49,000 to $58,500 annual base salary, with potential for bonus awards.
