About the role#
KPMG Canada is seeking undergraduate students for a 12-month Co-op/Intern position in our London, Ontario office. This role is part of our Audit practice and is designed for students enrolled in the McMaster CIP or Western BMOS programs who are actively pursuing their CPA designation.
What you'll do#
- Work directly with leading companies to understand their business processes.
- Assist clients in meeting financial reporting standards and regulations.
- Engage with a diverse portfolio of public, private, and not-for-profit clients.
- Participate in national Power Up programming to build your professional network and learn from firm leaders.
- Enroll in the KPMG CPA Training Program to support your professional development.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate student in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
- Commitment to pursuing your CPA designation, including progress toward required pre-requisite courses.
- A strong academic record.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships and work effectively within a team.
- Proven capacity to learn, adapt, and drive quality in your work.
- Interest in fostering innovation and motivating others.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.

- Term: Fall 2027 (12-month duration).
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: This is a paid position with a base salary range of $41,000 to $65,000, potentially eligible for bonus awards.
