About the role#
KPMG Canada is hiring undergraduate business students for an 8-month Audit co-op position in Kamloops. This role is designed for students who intend to pursue their Canadian CPA designation. You will work within our audit and assurance team, supporting a variety of public, private, and not-for-profit clients. A dedicated Development Manager will guide your experience to help you build an individualized career path.
What you'll do#
- Work directly with leading companies to understand their business processes.
- Assist clients in meeting financial reporting standards and regulations.
- Engage in client projects across various internal teams.
- Participate in learning and development opportunities to broaden your professional skill set.
- Collaborate with leaders and other student hires through firm programming.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Accounting or Business Administration program with a strong academic record.
- A commitment to achieving the Canadian CPA designation.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled tools or analytics platforms.
- Ability to develop collaborative internal and external relationships.
- A demonstrated commitment to quality and service.
