About the role#
This is a 12-week internship running from January 25, 2027, to April 16, 2027. You will join the Customer Management team to blend domain knowledge with AI integrations. Your work helps Customer Success Managers deliver value to our users by making their workflows faster and more accurate. You will work closely with team leads and engineers to build and maintain AI-driven tools that track customer health and adoption.
What you'll do#
- Build and support AI workflows, including executive briefs, health signals, and adoption scorecards.
- Prototype prompts, skills, and small scripts.
- Test AI outputs against source data in Salesforce, ChurnZero, and Snowflake to ensure accuracy.
- Log and resolve errors found during testing.
- Translate customer success needs into technical requirements.
- Maintain documentation including runbooks, prompt versions, and data definitions.
- Support AI Champions as they adopt new workflows.
- Keep internal dashboards and trackers current.
- Escalate blockers or risks to your assigned Customer Success Manager.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience using AI assistants for real work and an interest in prompt design.
- Basic skills in SQL or Python.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and document tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Word, and Google Docs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain AI outputs and limitations to non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented approach to managing multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or customer success platforms like ChurnZero is a plus.
- Experience building with LLM APIs, Claude, or no-code automation tools is preferred.
- Exposure to API integrations or MCP connectors is helpful.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time internship based in Clearwater, Florida.
- The role is hybrid, requiring you to be in the office 4 days a week.
- You are responsible for your own relocation and lodging if needed.
