About the role#
The AI Intern will support teams with a focus on AI workflow development, including the creation and testing of AI-powered automations and agents. Throughout the internship, you will contribute to operational projects, attend lunch-and-learn sessions, participate in networking activities, and present your work in project showcases.
What you'll do#
- Develop, test, and iterate on AI-powered automations and agents.
- Implement and maintain AI-driven tools to monitor infrastructure performance, detect anomalies, and reduce alert fatigue.
- Analyze large operational datasets and prepare or annotate data to refine AI models.
- Map manual workflows, document new AI processes, and update internal playbooks.
- Evaluate prototype performance by investigating root causes and tracking operational KPIs.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, IT, or a related field.
- Prior experience with AI projects, whether academic, personal, or through competitions like Kaggle.
- Proficiency in scripting or programming, specifically Python, JavaScript, or Go.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, LLMs, and foundational machine learning concepts.
- Familiarity with or an interest in learning cloud platforms, automation platforms, and observability tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams.
