AI Intern

About the role#

The AI Intern will support teams with a focus on AI workflow development, including the creation and testing of AI-powered automations and agents. Throughout the internship, you will contribute to operational projects, attend lunch-and-learn sessions, participate in networking activities, and present your work in project showcases.

What you'll do#

• Develop, test, and iterate on AI-powered automations and agents.
• Implement and maintain AI-driven tools to monitor infrastructure performance, detect anomalies, and reduce alert fatigue.
• Analyze large operational datasets and prepare or annotate data to refine AI models.
• Map manual workflows, document new AI processes, and update internal playbooks.
• Evaluate prototype performance by investigating root causes and tracking operational KPIs.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, IT, or a related field.
• Prior experience with AI projects, whether academic, personal, or through competitions like Kaggle.
• Proficiency in scripting or programming, specifically Python, JavaScript, or Go.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, LLMs, and foundational machine learning concepts.
• Familiarity with or an interest in learning cloud platforms, automation platforms, and observability tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams.
