About the role#
This Finance Co-op role is for students majoring in Finance or Accounting. You will learn about the business of a commercial vehicle supplier from the perspective of plant operations. You will work within the Finance and Controlling department to support the Controller and Finance Lead in steering the plant to meet financial KPIs.
What you'll do#
- Support the Controller and Finance Lead in meeting financial KPIs.
- Work with project managers to close capital projects.
- Provide financial and business analysis support.
- Assist with physical inventories.
- Act as a financial liaison for non-finance leaders by providing reporting and analysis.
- Help with monthly financial reporting and month-end activities.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Detail and task-oriented mindset.

- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: 20-25 hours per week.
