About the role#
This co-op position offers students the chance to learn how a commercial vehicle supplier operates. You will work within the Project Management Office to gain a comprehensive understanding of project, portfolio, and product change management. This is a paid, full-time, on-site role based in Avon, Ohio.
What you'll do#
- Work across different business functions to improve how projects and product changes are delivered.
- Assist with the planning and reporting of various projects.
- Use project and change management systems to navigate complex project requirements.
- Learn about business case elements and help create or update them.
- Gain experience with agile project management techniques.
- Support the development of training content for internal processes and systems.
- Help create and implement audit procedures for project and change management.
- Learn about a wide range of business functions to understand daily operations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Majors in Business Administration, Finance, or Operations Management.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A detail-oriented approach to tasks.
- The ability to analyze data and offer recommendations.
- Demonstrated skills in leadership and collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
