About the role#
This co-op position offers an opportunity to gain experience in trade compliance and supply chain operations. You will work within our manufacturing and planning teams to support global supply chain initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Avon, Ohio.
What you'll do#
- Support operations and manufacturing planning activities.
- Manage SAP material records and data.
- Communicate and negotiate with internal teams, external customers, and suppliers.
- Lead projects focused on cost reduction.
- Manage supplier relationships to improve performance.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong analytical abilities for troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Clear written and oral communication skills.
