About the role#
This co-op position provides students with a broad look at the business operations of a commercial vehicle supplier. You will work closely with leadership and staff across departments including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, Finance, and Corporate Communications. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site in Avon, Ohio.
What you'll do#
- Perform market analysis for both original equipment and aftermarket sectors.
- Research and build competitive profiles.
- Execute competitive and financial analysis.
- Assist with Merger and Acquisition processes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to analyze data and navigate databases.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple time-sensitive projects.
- A willingness to learn new business concepts and acquire knowledge quickly.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
- Majors considered include Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
