About the role#
We are looking for a People Operations Co-op to join our team for the Winter 2027 term. This is a 6-month, full-time, paid position based in our Boston headquarters. You will gain hands-on experience in HR operations while supporting our employees and improving team efficiency.
What you'll do#
- Act as the first point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and general support.
- Help administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment and changes.
- Maintain accurate employee records in our HR and vendor systems.
- Generate reports and analyze data related to HR operations.
- Collaborate with the team to identify ways to improve HR processes.
- Assist with compliance tasks, including audits and ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.
What you'll need#
- You are a current undergraduate student graduating between May 2028 and May 2029.
- You are pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You demonstrate a high level of professionalism and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- You have strong customer service skills and can communicate effectively and with empathy.
- Prior experience or coursework in HR is a plus.
Location & details#
- This role is located in Boston, Massachusetts.
- You are required to work on-site at our Boston office 5 days per week.
- The term runs from January 4, 2027, to June 25, 2027.
