About the role#
As a Marketing Operations Co-op, you will immerse yourself in the technical, systems, and process side of marketing. Working alongside a team of experts, you will manage the intersection of strategy and technology. This is a paid, 6-month full-time experience running from January 4th to June 25th, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the standardization, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Support data integrity activities to keep marketing databases accurate.
- Help prepare and automate marketing reports and dashboards.
- Document marketing processes, best practices, and standard operating procedures.
- Work with cross-functional teams including sales, content, design, and product.
- Attend team meetings to contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
- Serve as a system admin for HubSpot and other internal tools.
- Own the Marketing Ops wiki, the enablement library, and the Business Requirements Document process.
- Develop SOPs and enablement materials for internal and external audiences.
What you'll need#
- You are an undergraduate student graduating in May 2029, pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working with large datasets and data analysis in Excel or Google Sheets.
- A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on building repeatable processes.
- Experience building with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor.
- Strong interest in marketing operations, data analysis, data privacy, or marketing technologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- An innovative, curious approach to learning.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools or experience with platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, LeanData, Snowflake, Klaviyo, or Tableau.
Location & details#
- This role is based at our headquarters in Boston, Massachusetts.
- All co-op students are required to work on-site in the office 5 days per week.
