About the role#
As a Machine Learning Engineer Intern, you will work with a team of machine learning and full-stack engineers to build models that extract insights from massive data streams. You will help integrate artificial intelligence into our product to bring value to customers. You will contribute to modeling, system design, and implementation decisions while learning from experienced engineers.
What you'll do#
- Build high-impact ML systems, including model development, deployment, and scale.
- Contribute to the development and execution of technical strategies.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and resolve blockers.
- Learn and improve engineering-wide processes such as recruiting, communication, and agile development.
- Stay current on emerging AI trends and technologies.
- Work with your team on project planning and defining achievements.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing an advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Graduation date in December 2027 or May/June 2028.
- Previous internship experience in AI, machine learning, or related fields.
- Foundational understanding of AI technologies such as deep learning, recommendation systems, NLP, or generative AI.
- Ability to code in Python and use standard ML technologies like PyTorch.
- Familiarity with large-scale data processing techniques.
- Good communication skills.
