About the role#
Lockwood is looking for an HR Intern to join our team in Stamford. This role offers students a chance to gain hands-on experience in the Human Resources field. You will work directly with our HR team on a range of internal projects.
What you'll do#
- Support the HR team with special projects.
- Assist with onboarding and training initiatives.
- Help with recruiting efforts.
- Participate in performance and peer review processes.
- Work on HRIS systems and process development.
- Contribute to committee projects.
What you'll need#
- You are currently a college junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
- Ability to multitask and set priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- You work well both independently and as part of a team.
