About the role#
This is a 6-month paid co-op experience based at our Boston headquarters. You will join the Procure to Pay team to work on strategic procurement, purchasing, and travel and expense operations. This role involves data analytics, spend management, vendor setup, and purchase order management. You will help the Finance team maintain operational efficiency while refining our internal processes.
What you'll do#
- Manage purchase requests from initial submission to final execution.
- Work with finance tools including ZipHQ, Navan, Netsuite, and Stripe.
- Use an AI-driven approach to optimize workflows and processes.
- Improve the onboarding experience for external vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Enhance Finance Operations by improving data quality.
- Collaborate across different business units and the broader Finance team.
- Track vendor spending and maintain vendor and customer relationships.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a BA/BS degree program in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
- An anticipated graduation date of May 2028.
- Experience with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor through projects or coursework.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- A meticulous approach to work with a focus on accuracy.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- A dependable and curious mindset.
- Prior internship or co-op experience in Supply Chain or Procurement is preferred.

- Location: Boston, Massachusetts.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 4th to June 25th, 2027).
- Modality: On-site, 5 days per week.
- Compensation: $25.50 per hour.
