About the role#
This is a 6-month paid co-op experience running from January 4th to June 25th, 2027. You will work from our Boston headquarters on a full-time basis. This role is for those who want to be in the room where product decisions happen. You will sit at the intersection of product, engineering, data, and AI, working directly with teams to solve real customer problems. This is not a shadow-and-observe position. You will get your hands dirty with code, APIs, and data to move fast.
What you'll do#
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to discover, define, build, test, and launch product features.
- Talk directly with customers and internal stakeholders to understand problems and turn insights into product requirements.
- Sit in on technical discussions with Engineering to build your understanding of system architecture, APIs, data models, and integrations.
- Build prototypes, write, test, and ship code to explore ideas and validate assumptions.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to build repeatable workflows and agents that speed up discovery and delivery.
- Define and analyze product metrics to understand adoption, performance, and customer outcomes.
- Communicate decisions, progress, risks, and learnings across the team.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or an adjacent field with a graduation date of May 2028.
- Familiarity with APIs, databases, and data structures.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to break ambiguous problems into manageable pieces.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- A bias toward action and genuine curiosity about how people use technology.
- Preferred: Experience building software, technical prototypes, or AI-enabled applications outside of class, or a background in software engineering or product marketing.
- Preferred: Experience with React, SQL, or cloud platforms like AWS.
