About the role#
This is a 6-month paid co-op experience based at our Boston, Massachusetts headquarters. You will join the Corporate Accounting team to support month-end and quarter-end close activities. This role provides exposure to general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with FP&A, procurement, and billing teams.
What you'll do#
- Prepare essential journal entries and perform balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Ensure the general ledger accurately reflects financial transactions in line with GAAP principles.
- Collaborate with the Accounting team and FP&A to support the close process.
- Identify process gaps, recommend solutions, and contribute to ad-hoc projects to improve efficiency.
- Support SOX compliance and assist with financial statement audit procedures.
- Provide data and reporting support for external stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Undergraduate student pursuing a BA or BS in Accounting or Finance with a graduation date of May 2028.
- Prior internship or co-op experience in Accounting.
- Experience using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor to improve processes.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite.
- Strong initiative, resourcefulness, and a willingness to learn.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Location: Boston, Massachusetts.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 4th to June 25th, 2027).
- Work Modality: Full-time, 5 days per week on-site.
