About the role#
The People & Culture Recruitment & Hiring Internship supports the human resources team during the Fall 2026 term. This role assists with the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of coaches, interns, and staff members. You will report directly to the Senior Employee Relations Coordinator or the Director of Recruitment and Partnerships.
What you'll do#
- Review resumes within the application tracking system.
- Conduct pre-screen calls for potential candidates.
- Coordinate schedules to arrange group interviews.
- Update job postings and monitor application volume.
- Perform reference checks and manage the collection of employment paperwork.
What you'll need#
- Recent college graduate or current Master’s degree student in a field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or Communications.
- Passion for the youth education industry, digital marketing, sports, and business development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite.
- Strong attention to detail with effective creative problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
