About the role#
The People & Culture team manages recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding for a diverse team of coaches, interns, and staff members. This internship provides hands-on experience in human resources during the fall hiring period. You will report directly to the Senior Employee Relations Coordinator or the Director of Recruitment and Partnerships.
What you'll do#
- Review incoming resumes within the application tracking system.
- Conduct initial pre-screen calls with potential candidates.
- Coordinate schedules to arrange group interviews.
- Maintain job postings and monitor application volume for each role.
- Perform reference checks and manage the collection of employment paperwork.
- Assist with general People & Culture tasks, including event planning and documentation support.
What you'll need#
- Recent college graduate or current Master’s degree student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite.
- Strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Interest in digital marketing, sports, business development, and the youth education industry.

- Term: Fall 2026 (September 8th to December 18th).
