About the role#
Kids in the Game is seeking a Program Management Intern to support our team in New York City. This role focuses on assisting with communications, coordinating with schools and families, and supporting the internal operations of our sports and enrichment programs. This is an unpaid internship opportunity for students interested in learning how school and sports programs function.
What you'll do#
- Conduct regular development calls to identify and cultivate potential leads.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth.
- Design and administer surveys to assess program effectiveness and analyze feedback.
- Maintain detailed records of all development activities.
- Commit to specific timeframes to be present at program locations for hands-on involvement.
What you'll need#
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for connecting with people.
- Experience in sports-based youth development.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to commute throughout all five boroughs of NYC.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Currently pursuing studies in Business Administration, Psychology, or Communications.
