About the role#
We are looking for an Operations Intern to support our team with planning and logistics. This role involves both office-based research and hands-on work in the field. You will help ensure our programs have the materials needed to run safely and effectively across New York City.
What you'll do#
- Input and organize asset stocks using the EZ Office Inventory Management System.
- Assist with Department of Health compliance documentation for licensed schools.
- Create and organize site binders for school year programs.
- Pack, organize, and distribute equipment during transitions between school years and summer camps.
- Complete research projects focused on IT services and cybersecurity.
What you'll need#
- Current college student or recent graduate.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience using Excel, Google Suite, and inventory management systems.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs over your head.
- Willingness to travel throughout NYC with equipment.
- Clear, concise communication skills and the ability to multitask.
- A valid driver’s license is preferred.

- Terms: Fall 2026, Spring 2027, or Summer 2027.
- Compensation: This is an unpaid internship with a $200-$300 completion bonus. Class credit is available where applicable.
