About the role#
The Life Fitness / Hammer Strength Internship Program for Summer 2027 offers hands-on experience in Revenue Operations. You will work on high-impact projects, receive mentorship from experienced professionals, and gain exposure to various business functions. This 12-week program focuses on driving performance and visibility across the North American sales organization.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to analytics projects that improve Revenue Operations performance.
- Assist with the mid-year evaluation and refinement of the 2027 North American Sales Incentive Plan.
- Support the development and automation of sales performance reporting, including revenue targets, margin analysis, and pricing trends.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve data quality issues and perform CRM data cleansing.
- Design, develop, and maintain pricing and revenue dashboards to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with team members, advisors, and mentors on daily operational and analytical tasks.
- Participate in a 12-week cross-functional case study project and present recommendations to senior leaders.
- Attend team and departmental meetings to gain business exposure and share project updates.
- Use critical thinking to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a full-time bachelor's degree program with an expected graduation date in 2028 or 2029.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 is preferred.
- Local residency in the Chicagoland area.
- Strong interest in data analytics, revenue operations, sales operations, or business intelligence.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Exposure to CRM platforms, Salesforce, or other sales technologies is preferred.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated initiative, a positive attitude, and an eagerness to learn.
- Ability to adapt and work in a collaborative environment.
