About the role#
This internship supports the Marketing and Customer Experience teams at Kids in the Game. The role involves managing customer relations, improving internal processes, and conducting market research to support youth development programs. You will report to the Director of Customer Experience and work closely with the Marketing Coordinator.
What you'll do#
- Engage with prospective customers through phone calls and emails.
- Analyze repeat inquiries to refine response practices and reduce confusion.
- Develop and establish best practices for customer service protocols.
- Conduct market research using surveys and interviews to inform strategy.
- Maintain current knowledge of the program calendar and details to assist customers effectively.

- Capability to manage fluctuating workloads while maintaining attention to detail.
