About the role#

As a Research Analyst Intern in the Markets Equity Research team, you will support industry and company-specific analysis, build financial models, and contribute to written research reports. This is a part-time internship opportunity based in New York City.

What you'll do#

• Conduct industry analysis and provide company-specific coverage for the sector team.
• Perform core research on the industry and its companies.
• Model financials and forecasts.
• Write First Call notes, company updates, new reports, and thematic pieces.
• Communicate findings over the Hoot, at the Morning Meeting, and with clients.

What you'll need#

• Proven analytical skills, with experience in quantitative and data analysis.
• Exceptional writing skills.
• A genuine interest in financial markets, economic data, and trends.
• Ability to multi-task and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
• Enrollment in an undergraduate program in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Business Administration.
