About the role#

In the Asset Management Investments Full Time Analyst Program, you will work alongside portfolio managers, traders, research analysts, and client advisors to develop and execute investment strategies. You will join a collaborative team, receive mentorship from senior leaders, and participate in training designed to help you build your career. The program begins in New York, where you will gain insight into the firm's business strategies and products before joining a specific investment product team.

What you'll need#

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (No MBA) at a college or university in the U.S.
• Expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong quantitative skills and a passion for investing.
• Exceptional organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Strong initiative, energy, and confidence.
• Good judgment and discretion with confidential information.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without immigration sponsorship.
• Background in financial accounting, financial analysis, or mathematics is a plus, as is a genuine interest in financial markets and macro-level economics.
