About the role#
This nine-week summer program offers hands-on experience within the Global Payments organization. Analysts gain exposure to how the firm supports cash management and technology-based payment solutions for over 100,000 clients across 160 countries. The program begins with orientation and training sessions led by industry professionals to help participants navigate the firm and understand the business landscape.
What you'll do#
- Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies to meet client needs.
- Collaborate across product and client coverage teams.
- Create innovative ideas to transform the payments landscape.
- Work under the guidance of mentors and a supportive team.
- Network with industry leaders and participate in training to understand how business units work together to provide customer service.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or university in the U.S. with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based immigration sponsorship.
- For Master’s degree candidates, the program must be completed within two years of your Bachelor’s degree.
- All majors are eligible to apply.
- Preferred skills include analytical research, project management, business fundamentals, and the ability to solve problems both independently and within a team.
