About the role#
The Supply Chain Excellence Co-Op supports the Strategy and Business Excellence team in developing and implementing initiatives to improve operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to document processes, draft standard operating procedures, and integrate digital tools. This role involves analyzing data to optimize performance and contributing to user training for new systems.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the deployment of strategic Supply Chain Excellence projects and support the adoption of best practices.
- Lead scoped projects that provide business value using structured problem-solving and project management principles.
- Provide business analytics to identify risk trends and operational opportunities.
- Drive actionable insights through data mining, analysis, and visualization of supply chain metrics.
- Participate in initiatives that drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to evaluate potential value across the organization.
- Plan and lead a Co-op engagement event to foster collaboration and awareness.
- Support other supply chain functions including OT Cyber Security, system design, and portfolio management.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Communications, Marketing, or Engineering.
- A minimum GPA of 2.8, with 3.0 or higher strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- A basic understanding of supply chain concepts and familiarity with digital technologies.
- Permanent authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

- Locations: New Brunswick, New Jersey and West Chester, Pennsylvania.
