About the role#
This is a full-time Product Management Co-Op position within the Supply Chain team. You will gain experience in organizational practices and policies while receiving mentorship and training from colleagues. This role is based in Jacksonville, Florida, and runs from January to June 2027.
What you'll do#
- Create and deliver process training materials for Value Stream Management.
- Document and sustain best practices to support continuous improvement.
- Participate in the rollout of digital enablement projects, including system integration and data analysis.
- Assist in maintaining digital products such as QuickBase and Power BI.
- Support change management activities and maintain process documentation.
What you'll need#
- Completion of your freshman year at an accredited university.
- Current enrollment in a master's degree program in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, MBA, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- A cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- No existing employment commitments that conflict with the co-op dates.
- Familiarity with process mapping tools, Power BI, and QuickBase is helpful.
