About the role#
This is a part-time student position focused on supply chain integration and continuous improvement. You will work year-round in parallel with your academic schedule to support project management, sourcing, and supplier resiliency efforts. This role is based at the John Deere World Headquarters in Moline, Illinois.
What you'll do#
- Manage projects and support sourcing initiatives related to supply chain integration.
- Assist with continuous improvement efforts, including supplier resiliency, tariff mitigation, and recovery.
- Create and maintain key team performance reports and data sources.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or MIS.
- Registered as a full-time student at an accredited university or college with a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work 16-20 hours weekly during the academic year and 30-40 hours weekly during the summer semester.
- Excellent attention to detail, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Expected graduation date of May 2027 or later.

- Work Modality: On-site (daily commute required).
- Term: Summer 2026 and ongoing throughout the academic year.
