Part-Time Student - Sensor Software Design

About the role#

The Sensor Software Design Part-Time Student position supports the Intelligent Solutions Group in Fargo, North Dakota. This program is designed for students to work year-round alongside their academic schedule, assisting engineering teams with product development and testing.

What you'll do#

• Support product testing, design, and review processes under the guidance of a supervisor or mentor.
• Maintain design documentation in an organized manner for team review and approval.
• Perform various engineering tasks as directed by your supervisor.
• Participate in both classroom and on-the-job training to build technical skills.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment as a full-time student at a local accredited university.
• Pursuing a degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, mechanical engineering, or computer science.
• A cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.
• A graduation date of May 2027 or later.
• Availability to work at least 10 hours per week during the academic year and 35-40 hours per week during the summer.
