About the role#
This is a part-time position within the Intelligent Solutions Group. The role is designed for students who wish to work in parallel with their academic schedule year-round. You will work under the supervision of engineering personnel to support the development and testing of sensor software.
What you'll do#
- Support product testing, design, and review processes.
- Maintain organized documentation for each design to ensure it meets approval standards.
- Perform various engineering tasks as directed by your supervisor or mentor.
- Participate in both on-the-job and classroom training sessions.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, mechanical engineering, or computer science.
- Current registration as a full-time student at a local accredited university.
- A cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.
- A graduation date of May 2027 or later.
- Availability to work at least 10 hours per week during the academic year and 35 to 40 hours per week during the summer.
- Ability to commute to the office in Fargo daily.
