The Advanced Engineering Student Program offers students the opportunity to work year-round in parallel with their academic schedule. This role supports the Intelligent Solutions group in Fargo, North Dakota, by assisting with technical projects, laboratory operations, and engineering analysis.
What you'll do#
- Support Advanced Engineering projects through experimentation, testing, and data analysis.
- Operate and maintain analytical laboratory equipment.
- Assemble and disassemble electronic modules and fixtures using hand tools.
- Document results in an organized manner for review by engineering personnel.
- Perform additional technical tasks as directed by your supervisor or mentor.
What you'll need#
- Current registration as a full-time student at an accredited university.
- Pursuit of a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Computer, Environmental, or Industrial Engineering, as well as Physics or Chemistry.
- Completion of at least one year of study in a Science or Engineering field.
- A cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above.
- A graduation date of Spring 2027 or later.
- Ability to work 16-20 hours per week during the academic year, with the potential for up to 32 hours per week during the summer.

- Location: Fargo, North Dakota.
- Modality: On-site (daily commuting required).
- Terms: Rolling, part-time position.
