About the role#
This internship provides an introduction to the commercial real estate industry within the JLL Capital Markets group. You will work alongside analysts to support investment and acquisition projects. This is a full-time, paid position for the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Write market research by gathering and analyzing statistics, demographics, and traffic counts.
- Support property valuations using Argus and Excel.
- Prepare lease abstracts to summarize key lease terms.
- Assist the team with the due diligence process for transactions.
- Create marketing materials, such as teasers and offering memorandums.
- Design charts and graphics to support team projects.
- Collect data on rent rolls and tenant profiles.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a college or university junior, graduating in summer 2028.
- Permanent work authorization in the United States.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-player attitude.
- Professional demeanor when interacting with internal and external clients.
- Familiarity with Argus, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop is preferred.
