About the role#
This internship provides practical work experience within the Jackson National Sales Desk. You will partner with external wholesalers to provide sales support and education to financial advisors across the country. The program is an eight-week, in-person commitment focused on your professional development and career exploration.

- Participate in skill development through the Jackson Sales Academy.
- Sharpen your public speaking skills.
- Job shadow team members to understand the business.
- Work on projects that support sales efforts across the organization.
- Engage in forums with company leaders and team-building activities.
What you'll need#
- You must be a rising senior at the time of the internship.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Project management and analytical abilities.
- A customer-focused mindset and strong initiative.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Location & details#
- Location: Nashville, Tennessee.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 7 to July 30).
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- Modality: This is an on-site, in-person role.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
