About the role#
The Business Operations Intern joins the Global Business Operations team for the Spring 2027 term. This team supports the Global Operations Council by driving operational solutions across Finance, HR, Legal, and Technology functions. You will report to the Global Director of Business Operations and contribute to projects that help scale the impact of our work.
What you'll do#
- Support project and portfolio management tasks.
- Assist with the preparation and completion of deliverables.
- Schedule meetings and conduct research on industry best practices.
- Design and edit communication materials.
- Support change management processes and training facilitation.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least two years of undergraduate study by the start of the term.
- At least one prior professional internship or significant leadership experience.
- Experience in project management or process implementation.
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to commit to 30-40 hours per week during standard business hours.
- A mature orthodox Christian faith, as the work involves daily practice of spiritual disciplines.
Location & details#
- Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid or remote options available).
- Term: January 11, 2027, to April 9, 2027.
- Schedule: 30-40 hours per week, primarily between 8:30am and 5:30pm EST.
- Status: This is a volunteer internship position. A monthly stipend is provided to help defray expenses.
