About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for the Spring 2027 term. The position is based on-site in Birmingham, Alabama, and is open to students pursuing degrees in Business Administration or Operations Management.
What you'll do#
You will support the Operations Team with daily administrative and organizational tasks. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with mail logs, opening mail, and logging donations.
- Preparing check requests and learning the corporate credit card program.
- Supporting the Board of Directors with various duties.
- Conducting database entry and scanning documents for digital records.
- Assisting with budget-related tasks and scheduling.
- Learning basic human resources procedures.
