About the role#
The Human Resources Intern will support the Global People Support team. This team manages global compensation, benefits, employment policies, and HR analytics. You will gain hands-on professional experience while contributing to projects that enhance productivity and support our staff. This role reports to the Global Director of HR Operations.
What you'll do#
- Conduct HR research.
- Assist with project management tasks.
- Provide process support to the operations team.
- Participate in departmental and general administrative support.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least two years of undergraduate study.
- Previous professional internship or significant leadership experience in campus or community organizations.
- Basic knowledge of HR principles and operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to commit to 20, 30, or 40 hours per week during standard business hours.
- A mature orthodox Christian faith.
Location & details#
- Location: Washington, District of Columbia.
- Modality: Hybrid (onsite Tuesdays and Thursdays) or remote for non-local candidates.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 11 to April 9, 2027).
- Commitment: 20, 30, or 40 hours per week.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship providing a monthly stipend.
