About the role#
Program Management Interns and Fellows support field office leadership by setting up and maintaining management systems. These roles help ensure that Justice System Transformation programs operate as outlined in program proposals and the Detailed Implementation Plan. This position is a paid opportunity offered on a hybrid basis.
What you'll do#
- Develop new or revised management processes and workflows.
- Oversee the management and revision of the Detailed Implementation Plan.
- Predict and solve schedule conflicts and constraints.
- Develop the structure for quarterly program reviews.
- Support field office leadership in maintaining management systems.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor's degree.
- At least one prior professional internship or significant leadership experience.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- For fellowships, a Project Management qualification or graduate level qualification is required.
- For fellowships, three or more years of project management experience.
- Majors in Business Administration, International Relations, Public Health, Human Resources, or Communications are preferred.
