About the role#
We are hiring an intern to join our team as a Desktop Systems Specialist for the Fall 2026 term. This is a full-time, paid internship based in our Conshohocken, Pennsylvania office. You will provide end-to-end technical support for our internal systems, helping to maintain the network infrastructure and business applications that keep our teams connected.
What you'll do#
- Provide first-level support for desktop systems and network issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Respond to Help Desk tickets and document all resolutions.
- Assist in the implementation of preventive maintenance plans for hardware and equipment.
- Create and maintain knowledge base documentation to support the department.
- Collaborate with other members of the Information Services team on ongoing projects.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Cybersecurity.
- Efficiency in O365 applications.
- General knowledge of Active Directory and ticketing systems.
- Ability to set priorities, resolve customer issues, and meet individual deadlines.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
